Since qualifying in Dentistry from Birmingham University, Dr Tim Eldridge has gained a wealth of experience in multidisciplinary practices. Early in his career Tim learned from leading clinicians how to integrate and implement non-surgical cosmetic treatments into the dental practice.
In 2009 Tim, along with his wife Lydia, founded myFACE dentistry and facial aesthetics in Cheltenham, and is the principal dentist. Tim is Clinical director of myFACE training and splits his time between working in practice combining non-surgical treatments with cosmetic dentistry, and training in facial aesthetics.
Over the years Tim has trained hundreds of Dentists, Doctors, Therapists, Hygienists and registered medical nurses in this growing field. He also lectures in facial aesthetics on some of the leading dental restorative courses, both nationally and internationally. Tim is currently a Key Opinion Leader for Perfectha, chairman for CODE and has written articles for the dental press.

Lydia is joint practice owner with her husband Tim at myFACE. She also works a clinical tutor for dental therapists and hygienists at Birmingham Dental Hospital, and lectures at degree level. Lydia has completed her Masters in Medical Education and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She examines at various dental schools in the UK including The Royal College of Surgeons.
Lydia enjoys all aspects of her work and has interests in prevention and plaque control as well as facial aesthetics. Lydia regularly attends courses to keep up to date and helps teach facial aesthetics with her husband Tim.
